The car came in for check engine light. It had two codes first was p0301 and p0303. They are misfire codes. We noticed it had bad plugs and ignition wires. We did a complete tune up on the car. The car drove much better but it felt had no power. After driving for 10 miles the same codes came back on. So the first thing that I did was to check the vacuum and check the compression on the car. Both number 1 and 3 cylinders were low. We took the timing cover off and found out the timing was jumped due to a broken plastic part of the timing cover. We set the cam timing and installed a new timing belt. After that the car was fine and I drove the car for about 60 miles and never had a problem after that.
