Hi Paul Barry here. In 1966 and 1967 I was the lead singer and drummer for the rock band the Benders. We were all college students at Stout State University and played at nightclubs and college parties. We decided we wanted to record a 45 so we traveled to Big Sound studios in Wausau Wisconsin. Gerry Cain, our lead guitar player, had just gotten a fuzztone pedal and was eager to try it out. And so Can't Tame Me with the killer fuzz guitar work was born. Some of the pictures are from the actual recording session and the rest are from our live perfromances.
