Here is Nora Bayes (1880-1928), actress, comedy star and recording artist, singing the Americanized version of the original British Musical hall hit "Has Anybody Here seen Kelly" . Nora Bayes originally sang this song in the Broadway Musical "The Jolly Bachelors" which began its run in February of 1910, the same year this record was recorded. This is a 10" one sided Purple Label Victor Record 60013, and the Victrola is an original Victor model VV-VI from the same time period. This Victrola was the best selling of all the Victor Table Models and as you can see was produced in beautiful Quartersawn Oak. It had a double spring motor and nickel plated parts.
