David Nkrumah Liebe Unger Hart (born 19 April 1955; also credited as D.L. Hart) is an outsider musician, street performer, sign painter, artist, puppeteer and actor. He is best known for his role as a puppeteer on The Junior Christian Science Bible Lesson Program, a Los Angeles-based public access program. He also frequently appears on the television shows The Del Talk Show, Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job! as well as Tim and Eric Nite Live!. He has also appeared live with them on Tim and Eric's Awesome Tour. He can often be seen performing with his puppet "Doug the Dog" just outside the Hollywood Bowl after shows, as well as at the La Brea Tar Pits and Music Center of Los Angeles, and is known to many concert goers simply as the "puppet man". He made an appearance on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart in 2004 and again 2009, as well as on Jimmy Kimmel Live! in 2004. In 1990, he made an appearance in Golden Girls and in 1993 in Wings.

He was divorced in 1994, and is vocal about his abstinence from smoking, alcohol, drugs and his dislike of rap music— but other parts of his life, especially since his arrival in Hollywood in 1976, are less clear. Adam Papagan is a musician and performer known primarily for his work with David Liebe Hart.

Papagan has recorded four albums with Hart, starting with Public Access in 2008.
He has appeared on many Los Angeles based public access shows including The Del Talk Show, Let's Paint TV, The Future is Yours, Simply Sammy, The George Kuhr Show, Blessed Conversations, Galaxy Forum, Bennet and Wyatt Show, Hollywood and Devine, and The Junior Christian Science Bible Lesson Show.
