Hoboken Third Ward Councilman states that a million dollars of parking meter revenues have gone missing (it had, via an arrangement between the then-Director of the Parking Utility, John Corea, and a company with alleged Jersey mob ties). Russo states at a subsequent council meeting that it was a mistake on his part. It wasn't. The contractor, Brian Petaccio, plead guilty. Corea was indicted and awaits trial.
