Healthy Eating Tips for Weight Watchers.

Eating ORGANICALLY grown fruits on a daily basis.
Pesticide-ridden, processed and genetically modified foods actually hurt your body, and in many cases make you GAIN weight.
Organically grown fruits are high in antioxidants, which slow the aging of your cells.
Antioxidants are mostly found on the outer part of the fruit, such as the skin of an apple. Just because it tastes less than delicious does not mean you should not eat it!

Organic Vegetables

Organically grown vegetables are, in most cases, better than organically grown fruits.
Not in quality, but in regard to the amount of sugars you digest. However, sugar from an apple is much better than sugar from a soda.
Vegetables give you many of the vitamins and nutrients your body needs to stay healthy, have energy and most importantly, to MAINTAIN your health and energy levels.
Fruits are great for a quick pick-me-up, but vegetables will give your body that lasting power it needs.

Organic Meats

Organically raised meat is a much healthier option than non-organic meat.
Meat is one of the most processed foods on the market. It also is riddled with growth hormones and indecently housed and slaughtered.
Would you rather eat beef that was raised in a large pasture, able to munch on grass, or eat beef that was force fed genetically modified corn and growth hormones to bring it to auction sooner?
