Z u t a t e n:
500 gr. Weizenmehl Typ 550
280 ml. Wasser
1/2 Würfel Hefe (21gr)
15 gr. Backmalz
15 gr. Salz
für die Lauge:
30 gr. Natriumhydroxid (NaOH) in 1 ltr. Wasser gelöst

ingredients:
500 grams wheat flour (type 550 in Germany)
280 ml water
1 / 2 cube of yeast (21gr)
15 grams baking malt (if available)
15 grams of salt
for the base:
30 grams of sodium hydroxide (NaOH) in 1 ltr. of water
