A raita is basically curds that have been whisked and flavoured with some spices or vegetables. Phudina raita is one of the most commonly eaten raitas and is easy to prepare. Ready in a jiffy this raita can make a delicious in between meal snack specially for all those of you are health conscious.

1 1/2 cups beaten fresh curds (dahi) 1/2 cup finely chopped mint leaves (phudina) 1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder 1/2 tsp powdered sugar 1/2 tsp black salt (sanchal) salt to taste
