At The Top I Shows How To Use COUNTIF, SUM, RANDBETWEEN And VLOOKUP Functions On Excel 2007. To Be Able to Use the Following Formula You Need to Able to Access on Excel 2007 (.Xls Or .Xlsx) Types Of File.
Here are the steps:
1. At the beginning you will see how it will be look like.
2. Then you will see the formulas view by pressing this key (Ctrl+`) on your keyboard.
3. Insert a sheet and from sheet1 copy the cell (A11:D11)
4. Pasted into sheet2 and make it better look. Also copy Female, Male and Total cell and applied into Cell C.
5. Copy the formula that showing on the video.
6. After you done female, use same method for male. (Use "COUNTIF" Function)
7. After that add the total. Use "SUM" Function to add the total of male and female. (Use border to make it look nice).
8. Copy the Search Random cell and applied to sheet2.
9. Then type the formula that showing on the video [=RANDBETWEEN (1, 10)] 1, 10 this means within this number pick one randomly.
10. After you done step 9, use the VLOOKUP Functions to pick random name. (Follow the instruction on the video)
11. After you done step 10 the function will be change automatically as you clicked on it and each time it will give you different name and number.
