As I was heading back SB on Buchman's HYWY, saw another mixed freight train tied down at 1 of the crossings, Q652 cause of CSX Maintaintance of Way trackwork. THIS EXPLAINS WHY THERE WAS A YELLOW SIGNAL BACK AT THE PLANT CITY PARKING LOT, Q652 WAS BEHIND Q452!!!! So as I came closer to see the power, turned out to be 2 Union Pacific GEVOACs on a foreign power lashup with 6 dead CSX units in tow. So as the train started to move slowly, I departed that area to speed up to find a good spot, wasn't easy; but caught it moving at medium speed, was a decent sized freight...:)!
NOTE: I believe that this UP Foreign Power started out as previously leading a CSX proprietary mainline unit train such as hauling Ammonia or Sulphuric Acid to Mulberry, FL from up North. The 6 CSX units in my opinion were most likely headed to Waycross, GA along with the train, but either to be serviced, yard switching or to be set out on other mixed freights heading out of Waycross! I believe the reason the Foreign Power was on Q652 cause CSX probably didnt have any power left to lead all the dead units with the train to its destination. So as result, they prob sent the foreign power as a power move from the Winston Yard to the Tampa Yard to lead the whole consist out of Tampa as a Substitute!!!!
CSX Q652-7:59am=tied down on the NB main for CSX MOW trackwork 8:08am=already departing Plant City on the NB Main
