This is the video of our original rig used to motorize the Water For All "Baptist" low cost well drilling method used for many years in Bolivia. A pic of this has been up on www.geocities.com/h2oclubs for many years. We have drilled hundreds of wells with this rig. Uses a 3 hp motor. A Variation was recently made recently by a WFA trained Carlos Cruz working for now Danny Beams in Bolivia. The WFA drilling technique is unique in that it is the only one that uses "plastic" pvc drill stem making it possible to drill manually or motorize with a 3 hp motor. Over 2,000 wells in 8 countries on 4 contintnets have been drilled with this technique so far. Wells to 350 feet have been drilled with motorized rig aand to 250 feet with manual drilling.
