Yes, but if you read what you wrote 2months ago, you will understand why I wrote it.

Creatures like Ants on the other hand have chitinous plating and very complex metabolic systems (sounds like the Zerg to me), I think it is an impossible comparison between humans and Ants. This is also why you have weight divisions in MMA and Boxing.

I don't believe that Max rep is a 1 lift, muscle endurance is just as important as straight up power. Its still kind of mentality that has allowed me to reach borderline ridiculous gains in overall strength over the years. With Human beings, Strength/Weight ratio actually isn't a farfetched diagnostic. We are weak compared to many other creatures and our bodies are simple. Either we have fat or we have muscle - all easily measurable with scales.
Max lift is a 1 rep lift, you been lifting for so long yet you don't even know that? And no, he is not even close to being 215kg himself, more like 115-130, depending on his height. Now just to argue with you, do you know why it's said ants are the strongest out there pound for pound? Because the strenght/weight ratio does not grow linear. It means the ratio is very high at lower weights, but as you get on the higher numbers, like 120kg-150kg, hell even 200k powerlifters exist, the ratio is low
Very educational video for job interviews

4 years actually but I'm adamant that I know a great deal more on the subject than the average sc2 fan on youtube.

Did I call incontrol fat or anything trollish? No. I simply countered your ridiculous statement that benching 215kg actually meant a damn thing when it doesn't. Its not an accurate evaluation of someone's strength nor in today's world is it synonymous with being strong. Did you know that you can train your muscles to memorise how to life 215kg? Every video I've seen of incontrol benching shows only 1 rep. And like you said you're 16, so you know nothing about training.
