HAMILTON COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) -- Hamilton County commissioners want to know why county attorneys didn't file papers on behalf of juvenile court judge Tracie Hunter.Hunter contends she had to hire a private attorney to do the paperwork for her.The court of appeals filed writs against Hunter last week because cases on her docket were not decided in a timely manner. But, her attorney believes it wouldn't have happened if the filings had been completed. A shot time ago, Commissioner Todd Portune told Local 12 News he's received no explanation yet from the prosecutor's office.
