When I saw Fox News host Sean Hannity admit to having a secret conversation with George Zimmerman about his case the day before Zimmerman was charged with second degree murder for shooting unarmed black teenager Trayvon Martin, it made me wonder if Sean Hannity would be called ias a witness in the case and if Hannity would assert a legal privilege as a professional journalist who regularly reports the news, as I show in this video.
The clips I use of Sean Hannity and the former lawyers for George Zimmerman come from a longer segment of Fox News' April 10, 2012, broadcast of "Hannity" available online at http://bit.ly/InuS7J
The images I use of Florida's shield law, Florida Evidence Code § 90.5015, giving professional journalists a limited privilege against testifying come from the Florida legislature page at http://bit.ly/HBQ5da
The image I use of my own previous video titled "Bill O'Reilly Lies to Bill Maher on Fox News Misreporting Cost of Obama Trip to India?" comes from the YouTube video player page at http://bit.ly/HyZpJL
