If you are new around here I want to welcome you to my channel! I am so excited you are here and if you are here for my delicious recipe I created using Joy's new Cookbook "Joy's Simple Food Remedies: Tasty Cures for Whatever's Ailing You," then you have come to the right place. I had the opportunity to meet Joy 2 years ago when I was invited to be on The TODAY Show for the Joy Fit Club series. Since I lost over 300 pounds and going through skin removal surgeries and I am sharing my journey with all of you and hope that I can help you to never give up on yourself or your dreams and to know that anything is possible when we work hard, believe in ourselves and never give up!
It was difficult picking which chapter I wanted to create a recipe from and I know this will not be the last recipe I create from this book! I love how Joy gives natural remedies and which foods can help us! Genius! So the recipe I choose to create not only helps combat bloating BUT it is also delicious! It is super simple, which I love, but does not compromise on taste or flavor! This meal includes 3 simple foods, chicken, cantaloupe and zucchini which are 3 foods that help your body when you are feeling bloated.
