If you want to become a better runner and stay injury-free then you need to do Strength and Mobility - SAM - after every run. Specifically, Core Strength, Hip Strength and HIp Mobility.
You do the exercises in this video immediately after your harder days - after your workouts and long runs. Before you do the exercises in this video, you need to have mastered SAM Phase 2 Easy, as well as both SAM Phase 1 routines.
