405lbs 5x5 ATG Squats, Goal weight! This is also my 101st video upload. This 184 kilo 5x5 was the easiest squats I've done yet but all good things come to an end. Its time to revaluate my program again so I can get even stronger. Check out how my grip gets stronger and stronger between each set till I end up with a double blob lift! BTW I messed up my editing too, on set 5 I had put that the weight was 400lbs but as you can see its still 405lbs.
