omg. i cant imagine getting to keep my job ( also a position of authority ) if i behaved that way. I am a teacher and I would be fired and lose my teaching liscence if I did that to those I have authority over. But of course...... cops are above ALL LAW and criticism

That cop is a funny motherfucker. I expected him to throw himself down and start  beating his tiny little fists on the ground while screaming 'it's not fair, it's not fair'.

How utterly professional. It makes you feel very secure when our custodians of the law act with such self-control and restraint.........

So, when can police search your car? Generally, under the following circumstances: You have given the officer consent The officer has probable cause to believe there is evidence of a crime in your vehicle The officer reasonably believes a search is necessary for their own protection (a hidden weapon, for example) You have been arrested and the search is related to that arrest (such as a search for illegal drugs) - See more at: http://criminal.findlaw.com/criminal-rights/can-the-police-legitimately-search-my-vehicle-without-a-warrant.html#sthash.hl6MnSkw.dpuf

I hope he sued the police department and I pray that clown isn't working as a police officer any longer he's going to kill someone
The cop didn't need to be so angry just because he couldn't find anything to arrest the guy for. He should have asked the guy in a nicely in an even tempered voice if they could work together and come up with a good enough reason so that the cop could arrest him. The cop should have said "look Mr. I'm not going to give you a ticket for speeding but I'd appreciate it if you could help me out here and work with me on coming up with a suitable enough reason so that I can arrest you and put in jail. :-)
