Assisted variation of Isometric max och kBox. Set desired belt length, connect and go. Work:Rest 1:10. For strength over whole ROM, do at least 3 positions.

Isometrics can help you:

-Increase strength in certain angles, sticking points.
-Prepare muscle, joints and soft tissue for higher loads.
-Desentisize Golgi Tendon Organ so lower autoinhibitory responses in heavy lifting.
-Be a sport specific demand for some athletes
-Improve transition in dynamic eccentric - concentric actions
