In this talk Dr. Lee Bofkin compares the street art explosion with letter-writing in the 1840s. Systemic reductions in administration, lowering barriers to entry, have enabled expressive cultures to thrive. Dr. Bofkin goes on to discuss how Global Street Art's own Walls Project, which has organised over 850 legal street art murals since 2012, can be further scales across London and beyond. This talk features beautiful visuals.
