In the UK even a murder may not provide enough of a reason to deport a foreign criminal. A loophole in the law has turned the country into an asylum for many immigrants who've committed serious offences. RT's Laura Smith explains.

@PlayingGilly RT do point out that at least 4000 criminals in the UK hide behind this "human rights" act. You want RT do dig out all 4000 cases, or is ok to just find a suitable example?

This is crazy! Way too many criminals are finding protection in England, including financial criminals and terrorists!

What the hell? They make life hell for protestors and treat the innocent like they're criminals and then try to protect the real criminals of society. Judge: What are you charged with? Protestor: I stood up peacefully to the government's bailouts and unfair taxes and infringing on our basic rights. Judge: Twenty years with no possibility of parole. May you burn in hell. Next! Murderer: I shot dead two men, a little girl, and raped their dog. Judge: hmm, have you considered becoming a cop?

a prison should be a rehab camp. complex issue. deportation is not a long term solution. in usa the shifter criminal youngster from la to southamerica. turned out to be worng, because now south american has the problem. i could imagine there are those who are protected by this law and those who abuse it. if you change the law, they there will be those who should be protected by the law who will suffer. maybe those cases should be treated individualy. like when its obvious, kick them, dont kno
