The seven self-help exercises on this video come from the field of Educational Kinesiology and are designed to reinforce proper energy flow in the human energy field so learning is easier and so a person's energy field will be centered around the physical body. When we are centered, we can be more fully present to our own lives and the people around us. If you choose to try doing the exercises along with the video, the first three take only two minutes: The Thymus Thump, Heart Massage, and Brain Buttons. Adding the next two exercises, the Over Energy Correction and the Cross Crawl, brings the total time for the first five exercises to only five minutes. The three minute Scarecrow Cross Crawl Exercise adds a more challenging movement aimed at harmonizing the energy from the brain with the heart. The final exercise is a five minute Collarbone Breathing Exercise, designed to improve focus and concentration. The Thymus Thump comes from John Diamond, MD, the Scarecrow Cross Crawl from Steven Rochlitz, and the others from Paul and Gail Dennison, who developed a method of correcting learning disorders called "Brain Gym."
