Make up for passport photos (or any photos are very important, to me anyway haha!!) have to be perfect in my opinion because it's not often we get them done and if you are using them for I.D purposes, then wouldn't you like to look as best as you can?
Make sure your make up isn't too cakey, and make sure that your features look sharp. Thats why it is important to not use too many colours like eyeshadow or different coloured lipstick to your natural lipcolour, it takes away your natural colours.
Using lipstain/lipstick colours almost like your lip colour is acceptable as you dont know how bright the lights are and just incase, you also don't want to look washed out!

Wearing the falsies accentuate the eyes - try not to wear falises that are too over empowering, it doesnt give yourself a good impression.

Dont forget to use face powder to take away the shiny t-zone and hold the make up together!

Most of all, look great and feel great. be professional!
