Day 1: Strength Day
Back Squats 5 x 8 Reps
Dumbbell Jump Squats 4 x 8 reps
Jumping Split Squats 4 x 8 reps
Frog Jumps 5 x 8 reps

Day 2: Plyo Power Day
Frog Jumps 5 x 10 reps
Box Jumps For Height 5 x 10 reps
Marked Jumps 5 x 8 reps
Dumbbell Jump Squats 4 x 10 reps
