2 cups roughly chopped bananas 3/4 cup fresh curds (dahi) , whisked 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh mint leaves salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste 2 tsp sugar a few drops lemon juice 1/2 cup peeled and roughly chopped cucumber 1/2 tbsp finely chopped dill leaves 1 tbsp roasted and coarsely crushed peanuts
For The Garnish 1 tbsp roasted and coarsely crushed peanuts 1/2 tbsp finely chopped dill leaves 1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
Method 1. For the dressing, combine the curds, mint leaves, salt, pepper and sugar in a bowl, mix well and keep aside. 2. Combine the bananas, lemon juice, cucumber, salt, dill leaves, crushed peanuts and prepared dressing and toss well. 3. Serve chilled garnished with peanuts, dill leaves and green chillies.
