all this crouching when the punches come in looks fun, but the fun ends when a smart opponent kicks/knees your head next time you try to evade a punch like this.

I think the style looks legit. Time your blocks right and you can break hands. I kickbox and can see where I'd have a disadvantage, nevertheless I like what I see.

No disrespect but I must be honest. You and your disciples would be a hell of a more better off if you got your selfs into a real old school boxing gym. Mastering the art of slipping and knowing when and how to bobb correctly is a must, something all you guys are lacking.

I came here from Izzo Warrior Academy and I must say I am impressed by your knowledge and insight into martial arts and combat. I especially enjoy your humility and your willingness to experiment and adapt your art to other styles. It's a refreshing change of pace from a lot of the attention-seeking clowns we see these days. I'm subscribed!

Hey Mr. Burly would you also suggest shadow boxing in a crouched position too? Would love to hear your opinion?

I enjoy the balanced footwork, i dont care what style you train there is one constant, universal truth, Good footwork makes a good fighter. Lyte has some amazing footwork, i would buy a dvd that focused entirely on the lessons he has learned regarding his movement, he speeds up and slows down like its a choreographed dance even in his backyard sparring vids. Its neat!
