This clip from the video "Ocean Fury: Tsunamis in Alaska" recounts the devastating 1964 Good Friday earthquake that generated killer tsunamis and killed 100 Alaskans, and forever altered Seward, Kodiak, Whittier, Valdez and other Alaska communities. Witnesses describe the events of that fateful day, and scientists, local officials and emergency responders discuss the steps taken to prevent the loss of life when the next big quake strikes.
