Helder da Costa is the General-Secretary of the g7+, which represents a collective voice of 20 fragile and conflict-affected states. Within the context of South-South Cooperation, the g7+ member states are enhancing F2F cooperation, namely with regards to public finance management, natural resource management, and peace and reconciliation. Helder da Costa is participating in the ILO Solution Forum: "Promoting Sustainable Development and Decent Work through South-South and triangular cooperation in the framework of the post-2015 Development Agenda" on November 19, 2014 at the Global South-South Development Expo, in Washington DC.
