Heat, test, oil, crack, fry! Learn the key to frying the perfect egg in a Lodge Cast Iron skillet. Here's how we like ours...
1. Heat your skillet on the stovetop to medium-low heat for 5 minutes. 2. To test the temperature of your skillet, sprinkle it with water. At medium-low heat, water dances. 3. Butter your skillet. Crack eggs and season to taste. 4. Flip your eggs. Allow to cook to perfection.
