I have moved furniture for 24 years, carried a lot on my back, I tried this on a yoga ball and stood straighter right after! Thank you Elliot, I will do this everyday!

Instead of making his device, just use a foam roller on the floor..

Swiss ball works for these stretches.
Does it matter how high the stool is, and so how high should it be?
This is good. Also i've found sitting with my back flat to a wall with my legs straight out and staying as straight as possible for 5-10mins is good. Helps stretch out your back and legs.
