I burn up a 2.2K, 10K and 100K Ohm resistor, I also try burning up a smaller 150 Ohm resistor, but the resistance is too low. Should be noted that a lower voltage, higher current power supply will burn up the smaller value resistors. The resistors bubble and cook, make lots of smoke, and then arc over, and finally a carbon track is burned into the resistor and it glows very brightly.
