I did 2 training sessions today. The first I went up to snatch and clean & jerk maximums for the day: 120kg and 140kg.

In the second training session I squatted 5 doubles with 195 kg. Did snatch pulls with 112kg for 5 doubles, and did clean pulls with 140kg for 5 doubles.
