Argotec chef Stefano Polato shows us one the recipes included in the bonus space food that ESA astronaut Samantha Cristoforetti has with her on board the International Space Station during her long-duration Futura mission: a simple snack with a unique taste, typical of Goji berries, combined with chocolate and chopped hazelnuts as well as the crispness of puffed cereals.
