Crockin' Ham
Spiral Ham
1 Package Brown Sugar
1 large can Pineapple tidbits

Cover the bottom of the crock with brown sugar. Place ham on top of the brown sugar and add the pineapple tidbits with the juice. Sprinkle ham with more brown sugar. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours. Crockalicious!

Sweet Potato Casserole
2- 29 ounce cans sweet potatoes, drained and mashed
1/3 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk

1/3 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Grease the crock. Mix potatoes, butter, both sugars and beat in eggs and milk. In a small bowl, combine pecans, brown sugar, flour, and butter for topping. Spread mixture over the potatoes. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours. YUMM-O

Crockin' Brownies
1 package original brownie mix
1 cup chocolate syrup
1 cup boiling water
1 cup chopped nuts (we used walnuts)
Ice Cream to serve with or Whipped topping and Strawberries

Spray the crock with non stick cooking spray. Prepare the brownie mix as directed on the box and pour into the crock. Mix chocolate syrup with boiling water. Pour over the brownie mix. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Cook on HIGH for 2 1/2 - 3 hours. Turn slow cooker off, remove lid, and let brownies set up for 15 minutes. Serve with yummy ice cream or whipped topping and strawberries.
