Acres and acres of produce grow in Eastern Coachella, yet those in the valley’s agricultural industry who labor to harvest it do not have access to affordable or good-quality fresh food. One creative effort to solve this problem is Hidden Harvest, which “rescues” crops that are left behind in the fields for distribution to families in need.
