Daniel Woodrum with Home Kickboxing Revolution demonstrates a great 5 min workout that requires NO EQUIPMENT!
2 Total Body Extensions 2 Cross Body Mountain Climbers 2 Burpee/Punch Combos
Go through these 3 exercises for 2 reps each as many times as possible in 5 minutes. After your 5 minutes is up, rest 1 minute and repeat once more (optional). This little circuit is very misleading. It looks very easy on paper, but it's certainly not easy in real life!
