Take an extreme close up look at the Pirates Of The Caribbean Red Head Animatronic from the Bride Auction scene before she is gone forever in Disneyland.

The banging noise you hear is a practical effect that runs in sync with a gunshot. The clicking noises you hear are the Red Head's eye lids.
