This routine is quick, easy and should take no longer than 3-4 mins.

I usually do 3 sets of 10 in the mornings(i've been lazy recently i must admit)...which can take me anywhere from 6-12 mins. It's totally up to you how long you'd like to do the routine for.

This method of stretching your stomach, mimics the ancient times whereby as a form of torture, they would tie the offenders hands and legs and pulled them inch by inch in opposite direction until they confessed or pulled their limbs out of their sockets and died....But don't worry this is not that brutal,lol.

A model...especially a swim suit model has a lovely elongated stomach which looks especially beautiful in a bathing suit.
