MMA H.E.A.T.'s Karyn Bryant sits down with actor Kenny Johnson to talk about his love of the fight game, and how his own boxing and MMA training has influenced his on-screen characters. Currently guest starring in a multi-episode arc on Showtime's "Dexter," (though filmed before he began his stint) Kenny gives us stories from the set of "Sons Of Anarchy," where he played Kozik, as well as Karyn's favorite show, "The Shield," where he starred as Detective Curtis Lemansky (AKA Lem). Kenny lets us know why he began training, how his physicality comes in to play as he inhabits various personas, and how the four principles of Heart, Endurance, Aggression and Technique have helped him achieve such great success in Hollywood. Special thanks to Justin Fortune of www.FortuneGym.com, as well as Dean Malouf of The Village Idiot, both located in Los Angeles, CA.
