A potential government shutdown would not "upset economic growth that much," U.S. Chamber President and CEO Tom Donohue told reporters at a Monitor Breakfast on April 8. He also stated that Congress is in the midst of a "great sparring match" and that there is a lot of jousting for position on the budget issue.
