CRECO: Government should not wait for people to die to deploy police in Tana As the merciless killings in TanaRiver continues to leave many questions in the minds of Kenyans, the constitution and reform education consortium - CRECO, has now urged the government to ensure that an immediate solution is found to end the skirmishes in Tana River and to avoid any repeat of the same in future. This has come a day after the deputy police spokesman Charles Owino also challenged the cabinet to take collective responsibility by issuing a clear indication to the police on how exactly they should help restore peace in Tana River.
