The purpose of this video is to help you get to sleep by inducing a hypnotic trance. There is a state of mind that one enters just prior to going to sleep that produces the same brain-waves one produces while in a state of hypnosis. As such, it is possible to slip from a hypnotic trance to a regular sleep.
Before you begin, its recommended that you complete your nightly rituals (brushing one's teeth, saying one's prayers, getting into bed, etc).
I'm assuming you're watching this video from home. If you are not, and happen to be driving or operating heavy equipment, than do yourself a favor and save this video until you are in a safer place to experience hypnosis.
