Todays workout is focusing on the lower body. Our quads, hamstrings, calves and glutes will be on fire ;)

Also fantastic work for increasing core stability and defining those stomachs!

We turned up the anti and increased the intervals to 1 minute for 3 stations.

#1: One Legged Burpees

#2: Tuck Jumps

#3: Quad Hops

Do as many as you can and remember to tell me how you go! :)
