Why should artists copyright their work? What does copyright protect? How long does copyright protection last? What are the benefits of copyrighting creative work? POBA answers these questions and more (https://poba.org).

Intellectual property expert Greg Cram offered these tips to working artists at POBA’s Professional Roundtable on "Protecting & Preserving Your Creative Legacy: Managing Creative Works and Copyrights."

This Copyright Roundtable was designed for working artists and art collectors in conjunction with the New Jersey State Council for the Arts, held at the Newark Museum.
