Who would batter up zucchini flowers (blossoms) and fry them?

Fresh picked zucchini blossoms
BATTER: water, flour an egg, salt and pepper to taste and a generous handful of freshly grated parmesan cheese.

Whisk until thick but runny.
Keep chilled until ready to use.

Dip and fry...place on paper towel or brown bag to drain.
Finish with a good pink or grey salt.

Eat warm.
