http://www.abmfoundation.org/ This Anat Baniel Method Foundation video shows the progress of a 6-year-old boy with cerebral palsy. Born premature and diagnosed with cerebral palsy and functional blindness, at age 7, Carter was unable to stand, walk, use his hands well or understand what was happening around him. This video highlights lessons with Anat Baniel Method NeuroMovement for Children with Special Needs over 3 1/2 months. With these ABM NeuroMovement lessons, Carter begins to feel his body and learns how to balance and starts moving more independently. He learns how to stand, walk, and move his body. He learns how to learn and is an incredibly intelligent child (not limited in intelligence, as was previously believed). In addition to the physical changes, Carter is found not to be blind and perhaps most strikingly, transforms from being a very withdrawn child to being happy and radiant.
