Horse-drawn traffic, a tram, people in early twentieth-century dress bring life to this Pathé travelogue, showing you how the old town looked nearly a hundred years ago. Released in this form for showing on home movie projectors in the 20s, the film was shot around 1910. This is a German-language copy with English subtitles - if anyone would like to provide a Dutch translation, I'd be pleased to add it. The full original title, "Brügge das Tote", meaning Bruges the Dead, is explained towards the end of the film.
