Part Nine of "Hancock County", a play by Tim Slover. This work focuses upon the trial of five prominent citizens who were charged with the 1844 murders Joseph Smith, the founding prophet of Mormonism, and his brother, Hyrum. Although this originally played at BYU, the content of the play is rooted in historical documentation and strives to remain objective though compelling for folks both inside and out of the Latter Day Saint movement.
