In association with Etihad Airways, Majid magazine ran a competition in search of the Manchester City Football Club Mascot.
At Manchester City FC's final home game of the 2010/11 season, on 17th May 2011, Etihad Airways' mascot prize winner, Mohammad Al Shaer led the team out onto the pitch alongside his football hero, Carlos Tevez.
Etihad Airways gave a once-in-a-life-time opportunity to 10 year old Mohammad from Abu Dhabi, where he was able to explore the Etihad Stadium, visit the changing rooms and meet the Manchester City Football team.
When asked how Mohammad's match experience was, he excitedly replied "This was the best game of my life and with Tevez scoring two goals, the atmosphere was amazing. Tevez and all the players even signed my shirt which I will frame for my room. I am so proud and happy to be given this opportunity."
