MacBook Pro Retina Screen Lag

This is a MacBook Pro Retina BTO model 16GB Ram, 2.6 Ghz i7. This is to demonstrate the problems I've been experiencing with screen performance since day one. I have completely zero'd my SSD and freshly installed OS X 10.8.3 along with v1.1 SMC firmware update. Flickering windows on resize, lego blocks on scrolls. Very annoying with no solution from anyone yet. Note I am using the discreet video (Nvidia 650GT) and the app I'm running is MacTubes, which I was hoping to show smooth scrolling, but now this app is also giving me lego blocks :(
